The Hartzell Factory Service Center provides propeller overhaul and repair capabilities as well as parts and component sales for all Hartzell propeller systems. Because of its location, the Service Center is able to utilize the specialized equipment and expertise of the Hartzell factory, so overhauled blades and components are refurbished to as near factory original condition as possible.

A typical Hartzell  propeller system consists of nearly 300 individual components. This entire system accomplishes precise adjustment of propeller airfoil pitch while undergoing more severe dynamic stress than almost any other component on your aircraft.

The blades themselves rotate at near supersonic speeds and in certain flight conditions, the prop assembly supports the entire weight of the aircraft. In general, it makes good sense to give your prop system the same care and attention to detail that you give every flight critical system.
