Service Center technicians average more than 12 years of experience, and a dedicated airport facility features a level of sophistication not found in the typical prop shop. The Hartzell Service Center is the world leader in servicing Hartzell’s composite propeller systems. These systems undergo an overhaul process that at times can present unique technical issues where our experience and proximity to the factory provides service that is without equal. The Service Center also maintains one of the largest inventories of Hartzell parts in the world.

We Put The Emphasis On Service
Service Center customers can fly-in or take advantage of our exchange program that provides the ultimate in convenience with minimum downtime. Pick-up and delivery services are frequently provided for those customers, such as commuter airlines, air cargo and air taxi services, as well as large corporate flight departments, whose demanding flight schedules require precise delivery in order to meet their maintenance needs. A specialized service provided to both piston and turbine fly-in customers is dynamic balancing. For turboprop systems, in-flight dynamic balancing is provided, reducing vibration in cruise flight conditions, exactly where vibration reduction is most appreciated.

Our experienced technicians put all propeller components through a series of rigorous inspections before parts are returned to service.
